Perfume Of The Moment

The perfume of the month is Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf, which I find so appropriate given the namesake and the beautiful month of May. The fragrance is described as a floral explosion which releases a profusion of flowers that has the power to make everything seem more positive. Magically evocative notes immediately awaken your deepest senses, giving you the impression of living life in your own secret garden, away from reality. Sambac jasmine, centifolia rose, cattleya orchid, and ballerina freesia bloom on a base of patchouli.

Doesn't that sound like Springtime perfection? The soft and light perfume's style is described as Oriental, Gourmand, and of course, Floral. I think Flowerbomb is such an inviting scent for spring and summer and it lasts all day! It's been said that majority of men really like the scent so if you're looking for your summer romance, try picking up a bottle. The bottle itself is a fun design, it resembles a hand grenade, and given that the name is Flowerbomb, I get it.

Victor & Rolf also created a men's version, Spicebomb. The explosive colognes is infused with the codes of masculine perfumery with olfactory dynamite. Spicebomb is an explosive cocktail of virility that transforms you into a powerful, intense and daring man

Spicebomb is described as an explosive encounter between two accords with detonating tones: the first, explosive, fuses zesty, fresh notes while the cold spices leave their icy bite. The second, addictive, combines a middle note of incandescent spices with a wholly masculine combination of leather and tobacco as well as the brute force of vetiver.

The top notes are bergamot, grapefruit, pink pepper, and elemi. The base notes include leather, vetiver, and tobacco while the middle include cinnamon, chili pepper, and saffron. The style is explosive, addictive, and seductive. It's a nice, clean scent without being overpowering.

Sounds pretty sexy, right? I'm about to pick up a bottle for Johnny :)

Let's Hang Out!!
