Chic, Cute, and Cheap - Spring Edition

Today, it is about 63 degrees, partly sunny, and I'm loving it! I wish the wind would die down so my hair isn't all up in my face but I can deal. Today's nice weather has got me thinking about my spring attire and I'm not feeling it.
